Volunteer Information

Volunteers Needed! JULY 2 – JULY 7, 2027 

We’d love to have you on board! 

We have multiple volunteer positions to fill across a few different teams:

  1. Pre-event Planning and Preparation (Registration package preparation, space set-up)
  2. Transportation (Errand runner with access to own vehicle, Load and Go bus station support at various locations)
  3. Concert Venue Support (Ticketing, ushering, singing group liaisons, technical and equipment support)
  4. General Venue Assistance (Function set-up and preparation, room requirements, etc.)
  5. Merchandise Sales
